Coffeeism is the belief that inherent differences among various coffees make one coffee superior or inferior to other coffees. A coffeeist is one who believes in coffeeism. They discriminate against coffee based on its origin, tasting notes, roast level, or some other aspect of the coffee. A coffeeist will only drink coffee from a particular origin, coffee with specific tasting notes, or coffee that is roasted to a certain level. Coffeeism is wrong. Here at Wacker Coffee Co., we think coffee should be judged by the character of the cup, not by where it comes from, by its notes, or by how dark it is roasted. That is why we have our D.I.E. blend. It’s diverse in origins, inclusive of all tasting notes, and equitable in that the outcome is always the same: a good cup of coffee.

Each bag of our D.I.E. blend will be a unique combination of coffee from around the globe.
