    Oh yeah! It's that time of year again. It's time for our rum-infused coffee. This year, we chose a Guatemala coffee with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and raspberry. After searching for the right spirit to pair with this tasty Guatemala coffee, we decided to use a rum with tasting notes of caramel and vanilla. The combination of the coffee's complexity and the rum's sweet and smooth characteristics creates a delightful and indulgent experience. The pairing enhances the subtle nuances of both the coffee and the rum, providing a unique and enjoyable blend of flavors. Available for a limited time only.

    Note: the infusion with the green coffee beans occurs before we roast. All the alcohol is evaporated during roasting.
