I heard about Wacker Coffee from the Wright Report. I had been hearing about Wacker Coffee for over a year, but since I roast my own coffee beans, I never really looked into ordering it. Just before Christmas our son, who is in college, started drinking coffee in order to replace his energy drink addiction, so my husband and I decided to order him Wacker Coffee as a Christmas gift.
The ordering process was simple, I thought it was a done deal. To my surprise I received a lovely email from Tim Wacker explaining that he was sold out of some of my order, but he would send it out after his next roast. I told him it was not a problem as our son had another week before returning to college, and I was hoping to sample the goods as well. The coffee arrived the day before he left to go back and I didn't get to try any of the coffee. A week later, I asked him how he liked it, and he said it was the best coffee he had tasted, so much better than any of the store bought stuff he had been brewing.
Amazing customer service, very fair prices, and delicious coffee to top it all off. I will be order Wacker Coffee on a regular basis for our son, as well as ordering it as gifts for friends.
