    Our first blend came on our first anniversary and was born from our experience navigating federal, state, and local bureaucratic red tape. As soul-crushing as it is, the American entrepreneurial spirit is greater. Red Tape is dedicated to those who improvise, adapt, and overcome bureaucracy to achieve The American Dream. It is brought to you by Big Government and has tasting notes of complicated, subjective, and inefficient.

    This blend contains three Central American coffees, the origins of which vary based on availability. It has notes of dark chocolate, almonds, and cocoa rice crispies. 

    Red Tape is our most popular coffee, and it is very versatile. It is delicious in any brewing method, from espresso to cold brew.

Smooth and rich

I formed this coffee to be exceptional. It is very smooth and yet full bodied I’m leaving my old big corporate “dark roast” behind and appreciating the more subtle flavors of this excellent blend. I will definitely be reordering.

This coffee has a the great flavor like all of Wacker's coffee. I can't describe the flavor like the makers do, but I would describe it as "bright and clean"!

Best Way to Start Your Morning

I am on my second order of Red Tape and will definitely be buying again and again. During the week I brew in my coffee maker and on the weekends (when I have more time) I either use a French press or pour over. All three methods are delicious! You can’t go wrong with a cup of Red Tape in the morning, the tasting notes are spot on, and it definitely helps you get in gear for the day. 10/10 would recommend.
