Shipping policy

We usually roast coffee on Saturday and ship it on Monday. The only exception is if an order is placed and we already have roasted coffee. In that case, we will ship the coffee the next business day. 

Merchandise orders will be processed and shipped within seven days of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to all customers in the 50 states. Shipping costs $10.25 for one or two bags and $20.50 for three or more bags. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Delivery Issues

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or for any other reason, the customer must pay the full cost of re-shipping. No refunds will be issued for the order. We will re-ship the original coffee, but we will not re-roast to fulfill the order. If the package is delivered to the address entered by the customer but it is the wrong address, the customer is accountable for the cost of the order. We will not create a new order or re-ship the package. In summary, we do not cover the cost of customer errors.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 15 miles of our location. If you are within a 15-mile radius, local delivery will be an option for you during checkout. Deliveries are made on Mondays or sometimes Tuesdays. We will drop the coffee off at our convenience. If no one is home, we will leave the coffee at the front door. Please leave additional instructions in the order notes if this does not work for you. The coffee needs to degas for a few days after roasting. Therefore, for a better-tasting cup, wait until Wednesday to try it.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping. Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are charged once the shipment arrives in your destination country. Wacker Coffee Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@wackercoffeeco.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns on merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will issue a full refund for the order, minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@wackercoffeeco.com, including your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
