Refund policy

Due to food safety standards, coffee cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we want you to enjoy your Wacker Coffee Co. experience, so please contact us with any questions or concerns about your order.

 

We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full purchase amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Once Wacker Coffee Co. has received and approved the returned product for exchange or refund, we will notify you via email.
